Who is Paragon Healthcare?
Paragon Healthcare is a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility (CORF) specializing in multidisciplinary rehabilitation, including but not limited to Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, PFT, spirometry, and 6 minute walk tests. Paragon Healthcare became Medicare Certified on October 8, 2002 and offers the finest services available in individualized care.
